The research on this stuff is pretty solid. After taking it for several months and then doing another Alpine hike 14,0000 feet in Colorado I noticed the big difference and how I felt the next day!

Hyaluronic Acid has been touted for a long time as an aid towards curtailing joint pain. I know, I've been there. As a senior citizen I've been having lots of shoulder joing pain and will be having an operation after the first of the year.

Taking this Hyaluronic Acid has not provided me with any noticeable results at all, but it has done something that made me realize that I was basically hurting myself. And that is that Hyaluronic Acid can contribute to acid reflux to individuals that are susceptible to having this condition happen.

For a long time (daily), several hours after having taking the Hyaluronic Acid supplement, I would start getting an uncomfortable bout of acid reflux. I just couldn't put my finger on what the cause was, so I started eliminating supplements, one by one, that I take on a daily basis. Once I got down to eliminating the Hyaluronic Acid supplements, my bouts with acid reflux ceased to exist.

Let's face it, all of us are different with regard that what our stomachs can tolerate. With me, these Hyaluronic Acid supplements caused more issues than I had bargained for.

So just be aware if you're the type of person who comes down with acid reflux quite easily.

This did nothing for me except cause extreme discomfort, bloating, gas, and stomach burn. I actually thought I had an ulcer until I stopped take these and my symptoms disappeared. I used them for a month and found no joint pain relief, and my eyes looked puffier than ever. Big waste of money and lots of discomfort.
