This Now formula is very well balanced & highly effective. Having tried many single herbs & formulas/combinations - this one has the best effect. It's not full of unnecessary herbs/minerals, etc & only has plants (& B vitamins) which are beneficial to women's bodies/cycles. Very helpful for menopause & also helpful to regulate cycle. Many other formulas have herbs which may help with energy levels, but those plants can cause imbalances to women's bodies. This formula is very well thought out - smart ratios of the plants & good quality plants. Great company; great formula!

Wondering if this was too much B6 for my body because I began having headaches and feeling extremely tired and fatigued when I started these and I only took 2 a day not the recommended 3x a day. Maybe was too much for my body. I also was taking them with Flo gummy vitamins. But Flo has no B6 or any vitamins really. Not sure. But stopped takin these today. Sticking with my Flo vitamins.

Been taking this several weeks and I can see a difference in night sweats! It has helped me!
